Links:  | The vertical dropper is a dosing aid for liquid products and can be type that provides the most precise results. Among the simple dosing aids, it represents a good compromise between economy and accuracy.For dropping, however, it is essential to hold the dropper bottle vertical. The anticipated accuracy is up to +/- 10% depending on the viscosity of the liquid.

 | Rim droppers are dosing aids for liquid products which do not have to meet exacting dosing requirements (otherwise the use of a vertical dropper is necessary) and can be used for, among other things, (indirect) oral intake in the self-medication sector. The advantage is the greater range of liquids that can be dispensed by dropping and greater insensitivity to solids of the types frequently present in phytopharmaceutical preparations. For dropping, the rim dropper must be held at an angle of approximately 45°. The anticipated accuracy is up to +/- 20% depending on the viscosity of the liquid. |

 | The use of foam based sealing inserts is recommended for 95% of common commercial applications in the pressure seals sector. PE foam with a density of 200kg/m³, 300kg/m³ or 400kg/m³ is used which offers high elasticity and marked resilience. The PE foam insert can be surface laminated to improve the barrier function or resistance. The following types of lamination are recommended:
PE: synthetic oils, creep-prone products, for increasing mechanical surface strength
PET: aggressive fill materials, solvent-containing fill materials
Saran: oxygen barrier
Aluminium/PET: oxygen and water vapour barrier, aggressive fill materials
Teflon: aggressive or acid-containing fill materials

 | The safety function is based on the knowledge that children in the relevant age group from 42 to 51 months are not sufficiently capable of simultaneously executing two coordinated movements such "pressing" and "turning". To unlock child resistant closure and release the unscrewing movement, the cap has to be depressed axially during the turning movement. This causes the locking cams of the cap and the lower section to engage with each other, thereby unlocking the child resistant closure.

Also a graduation by white, black and red screen print is available And the plastic pipettes made of HDPE and PP are manufactured for 10, 15, 30 and 50ml bottles. Also a graduation by white, black and transparent embossed print is available. Rubber bulbs are manufactured from elastomers or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). Whenever possible we recommend using the TPE rubber bulbs which are much more economical to produce. |
