NANOCOUNT 50

The NanoCount 50 is the smallest 50 nanometer liquid particle counter on the market. Based on state-of-the-art technology and built by Lighthouse, it is backed by a two-year warranty and international support.

The NanoCount 50 uses the industry standard RS-485/MODBUS communication protocol allowing it to be easily integrated into faciliy monitoring systems or used as a standalone device.

 LS-60 LIQUID SAMPLER


Designed with functionality in mind, the Lighthouse LS-60 Liquid Sampler is an integrated syringe sampler and optical particle counting system with an easy-to-use Windows™ based software interface.

Following a quality standard of reliability and dependability, Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions developed the LS-60 Liquid Sampler using the latest in laser optical particle counter technology. With a Sample Flow Rate of 60mL/min, the LS-60 provides unprecedented measurement speed and accuracy.

The LS-60 uses a high accuracy syringe pump flow control system and a high sample volume sensor. It is a perfect tool for multiple batch sampling applications.

The graphical user interface makes the LS-60 easy to configure and operate. Data is automatically recorded and easily available in graph and tabular form in real time. Reports can be preconfigured and printed at the touch of a key.

 

 

LIQUID GRAB SAMPLER


The Liquid Grab Sampler (LGS) adds value to the Lighthouse REMOTE Liquid Particle Counter by providing a reliable pump system and NEMA enclosure to help integrate it with process equipment and large facility monitoring systems.

The LGS was designed to provide reliable sampling in a variety of applications such as parts washing, waste water monitoring and process monitoring for many different environments.

It incorporates a state-of-the-art pump, precision pump speed control, precision flow meter and externally controlled low voltage pump switching. The LGS is easy to configure, operate and monitor. The REMOTE Liquid Particle Counter (sold separately) provides particle count data in real time. All data can be transferred to a single computer or a facility monitoring system.
