Temperature/Relative Humidity

The Temperature/Relative Humidity Sensor is a low-cost, integrated solution for remote temperature and relative humidity monitoring. This compact sensor can be used in or near process equipment to provide a real-time view of environmental conditions in the vicinity of the product. The sensor probe is removable. It can be easily replaced in the field without tools.  

 Vaisala Temperature/Relative Humidity Sensors

The Temperature/Relative Humidity Sensors are designed for tighter cleanroom ranges The wall-mounted HMW60/70 Humidity and Temperature Transmitters are used for high sensitive cleanroom monitoring applications where accurate and stable measurement of humidity and temperature is required. These sensors are spanned with a special range and accuracy, specifically for Lighthouse.

 Air Velocity

Laminar flow cleanrooms operate on the principle of moving air forces contaminants to move in a desired direction. Non-Laminar flow cleanrooms operate on the dilution principle. Monitoring the air velocity at HEPA or ULPA filter faces, workstations or exhaust locations can help maintain the proper conditions to guaranty proper dilution or laminar flow

 Differential Pressure Sensor

The Lighthouse Differential Pressure Sensor is a low-cost solution for remote monitoring of differential pressure. This sensor can be placed in close proximity to air handling equipment to provide a real-time view of pressure differential. It can sense pressure differential in a room, minienvironment or at a tool location. The Differential Pressure Sensor is available in both a frequency and 4 - 20 mA output version, making it compatible with virtually any interface system.

 ActiveCount 60, 90C, 60 / 90C - MicroBiological Air Sampler

The ActiveCount was developed for airborne biocontaminant detection in critical areas, such as cleanrooms, food processing plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The ActiveCount samples air and prepares microorganisms present in the sampled air for lab qualification. The ActiveCount can be instrumental in identifying contamination sources and determining the effectiveness of corrective actions.

The ActiveCount is available with either stainless steel or anodixed aluminum autoclavable sampling heads for use with 60 or 90 mm agar plates. The ActiveCount 90C and 60-90/C incorporate flow compensation to maintain accurate flow rates.

The ActiveCount incorporates a rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh) battery for portability and its compact size and light weight allow for sampling in areas with tight clearances. The intuitive control panel and infrared remote control visible to the instrument from almost any angle make the ActiveCount versatile and easy to use.
